Who we are
The Company was founded by Sharon McLennon and has worked extensively with first time homebuyers when it first opened. In 2009, the Company joined the Federal Home Loan Bank (Freddie Mac) vendor pool and began working with investors.
In May 2021, Splendor Realty joined the Coldwell Banker network and began operations as Coldwell Banker Splendor Realty. We serve all of Broward County, northern Dade County and southern Palm Beach.
